One product record.
Every channel, in sync.
PIMDeck keeps your catalog, stock and orders consistent across every storefront you sell on. Update a price or a photo once, it propagates everywhere. API-first, so your team can automate the rest.
Everything about a product, on one screen.
Stop re-entering the same product five times.
A spreadsheet works until the second channel. Then every price change is four edits, and one of them is always wrong.
Fields go out; stock and orders come back.
Every channel wants a different category tree.
This is where "one product record" usually falls apart. Your jacket is one thing; Shopify calls it a product type, Shopee and Lazada each demand their own category path plus a list of required attributes, and a missing one silently kills the listing.
Map your category once and PIMDeck holds that mapping for every channel it pushes to.
What it does
Centralized product data
Title, description, images, pricing and variants, one record is the source of truth for every channel.
Inventory sync
Stock counts update across channels the instant an item sells, in store or online.
Order sync
Every order lands in one queue, tagged by channel and fulfillment status.
Low-stock alerts
Threshold alerts by SKU and warehouse, sent before you actually run out.
Taxonomy mapping
Map your category tree to each channel once, with required attributes validated before anything is pushed.
Developer friendly
Versioned REST endpoints and full docs: script your catalog instead of clicking through it.
How it works
Most teams are syncing their first channel inside an afternoon. No developer needed to start; a full REST API when you want one.
Connect a storeConnect a channel
Authenticate a storefront in minutes. No developer required to get started.
Map your SKUs
Match existing listings to one product record; PIMDeck flags mismatches automatically.
Sync in real time
Product, stock and price data stay consistent across every connected channel.
Monitor and reconcile
One dashboard for stock levels, order status and channel-by-channel performance.
Channels
Shopify is live and works wherever you sell. The named marketplaces are extra regional depth, not the boundary: anything with an API can be connected.
Full two-way sync today: products, variants, inventory levels and orders.
Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, deep marketplace coverage for sellers operating in the region.
Amazon, WooCommerce, a marketplace in your market, or your own ERP or POS. If it has an API, we can connect it.

Anything else, emailhello@pimdeck.com, it reaches a person, not a queue.
Is PIMDeck really free right now?
Yes. The beta is free and unmetered, no SKU caps, no seat counts, no card. We are building against real catalogs, and that is the trade.
Which channels can I connect today?
Shopify is live with two-way product, inventory and order sync. Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop are next; anything else, ask and we will scope it.
Is this only for sellers in Asia?
No. Shopify makes PIMDeck useful anywhere. Our channel roadmap leans into Southeast Asia because that is where our first sellers concentrate.
Can you integrate with our ERP or POS?
That is the custom arrangement: we build a connector into your system and support it directly. Tell us what you run and we will come back with a plan.
What happens to my data when the beta ends?
It stays yours and stays exportable through the API. Beta accounts get plenty of notice before any pricing lands.
Use it free. Or have us build the integration you actually need.
There's no pricing-page trap here: the beta is free and unmetered. If your business needs a channel we don't have, or a sync into your own ERP or POS, that's a custom arrangement, tell us what you're running.
